Cascina La Buca is a family farmhouse from the mid-1800s, finely restored, set among rows of vines and olive groves.
We are on the Colli Bolognesi, just 30 minutes from the center of Bologna and Modena.
The property has 4 bedrooms, finely furnished in a rustic style, all featuring a private bathroom.
The ground floor room has direct access to its private garden.
At guests’ disposal also the large living room of the house, with TV and fireplace, the kitchen, the mezzanine on the first floor with a charming reading corner, the large gardens, the barbecue and the swimming pool.
Breakfast is served in the main hall of the house in winter and on the external veranda or in the garden during the summer.
It is possible to rent the entire structure, for a maximum of 10 people.
